Pre-surgical Dietary Instructions

Prior to your weight loss surgery, you will meet with a hospital dietitian either individually or in a class setting to review your post-surgical diet progression. Classes are structured to include details specific to your procedure to assist you in meeting your weight loss goals. Please review the packet contents you are given in the class and ask questions. Change is not easy, but we are here to assist you along your journey.
