As a state-designated Level II perinatal center, we offer 24-hour coverage by a board-certified neonatologist - a pediatrician with special training in the care of healthy newborns as well as those with special needs. A perinatologist is on staff to meet the special needs of mothers whose pregnancies are high risk.
