Every insurance policy is different, but we can work with your insurance company to see that you get the maximum coverage possible. If you are enrolled in an HMO, you will need a referral from your primary care physician. Often, insurance companies require medically supervised weight loss including a diet and exercise plan prior to approval. Our program can provide these services through the Nutrition & Disease Prevention Center. Medicare

Yes, we accept Medicare. Alexian Brothers Medical Center is designated as a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence by the American Society of Bariatric Surgery.

Cash

We have a standard package pricing for both the Lap Band and gastric bypass procedures that includes your hospital stay, surgeon, and anesthesia. The Kane Center can work with you to discuss the various financing options that are available. They can be reached at 866-716-5263.
