Pre-admissions can also be arranged at Alexian Brothers Hospital Network's corporate office located at 3040 Salt Creek Drive in Arlington Heights - Hours M-F 8am - 4:30pm. Central Scheduling, located at 3040 Salt Creek Dr in Arlington Heights - Hours M-Th 8am - 7pm, F 8am - 6pm & Sat 8am - 2pm
