Chaplains are available to patients, families, and the staff at Alexian Brothers Medical Center

Chaplains offer the following:

• A supportive presence
• A listening ear
• Spiritual guidance
• Prayers, blessings
• Support for your medical decisions
• Assistance in contacting your faith community
  
  

For Roman Catholic patients:

• Communion is available daily
• The Sacrament of the Sick (Anointing), and Reconciliation (Confession) are available on request
• Mass is celebrated in the chapel Monday through Friday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Patients can follow the mass on their television on channel 3.

Communion is available upon request for Protestant patients.
