The Senior and Community Resource Center is comprised of caring and knowledgeable staff who offer a variety of valuable and informative resources and programs for older adults, their loved ones, and the community. Whether a caregiver, patient, or community member, resources are available to maximize quality of life.

We Offer:

• Advanced Directive education, forms, and assistance completing forms.
• Free Consultations to help identify and navigate appropriate resource and benefit programs.
• Medicare Counseling
• Health and Blood Pressure Screenings
• Caregiver Support Group/Counseling
• Education
• Information and referrals regarding matters such as:
  • Housing options for seniors and those in need
  • Local transportation
  • Caregiving and in-home help
  • Referrals for medical, physical, occupational, speech or counseling therapy
  • Public benefits eligibility, such as Low Income Home Energy Assistance programs, Medicaid, property tax freezes, veteran's benefits

The Senior and Community Resource Center’s team of professionals are here to help. Our specialized staff provides free consultation services to assist with problem solving and identifying helpful resources. Our convenient location in the Roncoli Center on the Alexian Brother’s campus provides parking convenience at the curb right outside of our Resource Center. In accordance with the mission of the Alexian Brothers, we are here to serve you.

Walk-in services are available. Appointments can also be scheduled for your convenience.
