Unique to the Center for Prevention and Early Detection are our Personal Healthcare Coordinators. These specially trained RN's offer personal assistance to each individual to help the client navigate through:
- Risk assessment
- Screenings
They also advise and support the client through the myriad of healthcare decisions, and is their personal contact for the duration of their care within the Alexian Brothers Health System. Our goal is to establish a personal relationship with each client - one of trust and support.
With each screening
- A Personal Healthcare Coordinator will contact you with your results.
- These results are also shared with the physician you list as your 'contact doctor'.
