Pharmacists at Inpatient Pharmacy Services  

Alexian Inpatient Pharmacists:

• Complete five to-six years of education in accredited university-based pharmacy programs
• Are registered and licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
• Receive ongoing training on new medications
• Complete an annual competency exam
• Are continually updated on issues such as infection control, medication safety and security concerns
