About Us

When a child is suffering from a serious illness, expertise and cutting-edge technology are essential. Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit provides both. We have several Pediatric Intensivists, physicians who specialize in the care and supervision of critically ill children. Our intensivists, who are trained to use the latest technology to diagnose and treat children's conditions, provide care to the pediatric intensive care unit 24 hours a day.

Parents are invited to be involved in all aspects of their child's care. We encourage one parent to stay overnight with the child. As a courtesy, we provide the visiting parent with a complimentary meal when food is served. We encourage visitation by siblings and other family members and visiting hours are flexible.
