Dr. Janet Collins Biography

Janet Collins, MD, MS, MPH, specializes in Preventive and Occupational Medicine. Special interests include prevention and early detection of both acute and chronic illnesses and occupational illness assessment and treatment. Dr. Collins is experienced in counseling individuals and groups in preventive medicine and frequently lectures on these and related topics.

Dr. Collins is a graduate of Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. She holds a Masters Degree in Biology with a concentration in Biophysics from the University of Illinois and a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois School of Public Health. Dr. Collins is a diplomat of the American Board of Preventive Medicine with a specialization in Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
