Our Registered Dietitians(RD) can help you successfully manage your diet to achieve and keep blood glucose within the desired range. They will assess your nutritional status in light of your current health concerns and teach you the necessary skills for food selection, preparation and weight control.
In addition to our Registered Dietitians(RD), our team of diabetes specialists includes:
- Certified Diabetes Educators(CDE)
- Registered Nurses
- Nurse Practitioners
- Clinical psychologists
Certified Diabetes Educators are nurses and dietitians who are specialists in diabetes-related education who are equipped to provide extensive self-management training to those with diabetes and their families to improve health and quality of life.
