Szymon Sami Rosenblatt, M.D.
Szymon Sami Rosenblatt, M.D., nationally recognized as an expert neurosurgeon, researcher, educator and author, is medical director of neurological surgery at the Alexian Brothers Neurosciences Institute. He brings to the Neurosciences Institute over 15 years experience in general neurosurgery as well as specialized skull base surgery, stereotactic radiosurgery using the Gamma Knife, and innovative pain and spasticity management procedures. His expertise extends to the treatment of brain tumors, spinal disorders, trigeminal neuralgia, cerebralaneurysms and arteriovenous malformations.
He is an assistant professor of neurological surgery at Rush University Medical School and has taught and lectured fellow neurosurgeons about skull base surgery.
