Kathy Kujawa, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Kathy Kujawa is our Movement Disorders Specialist for the Alexian Brothers Neurosciences Institute. Dr. Kujawa is board-certified in neurology and fellowship-trained in movement disorders. She brings over 10 years of experience to our Movement Disorders Clinic.
