Our Doctors at Memory Disorders Center at the Alexian Neurosciences Institute

We provide care using a multidisciplinary team that consists of a neurologist, physician assistant, and specialists in neuropsychology and memory loss. Our treatment team works very closely with your family to provide the necessary education, resources and support.

Our medical director, Dr. Concetta Forchetti, is certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. She has a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and over 20 years expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

When a medical issue is the cause of the memory loss, our team is available to talk with your family to determine the best therapeutic options.
