A Neuroform stent has been placed in the artery, spanning the wide aneurysm neck. The aneurysm has then been packed with coils and the stent keeps the coils in the aneurysm sac and out of the artery. The stent is a wire mesh tube made of wire so fine that it is hard to see on the angiogram-its ends are marked with four "dots".
