Our Tests, Treatments, and Therapies

Our Brain Imaging research takes advantage of our sophisticated equipment for examining brain function and structure. Most commonly we focus on MEG, EEG, and MRI examinations, but other imaging modalities may be used depending on the research question in hand. We also may perform neurocognitive testing as part of a research evaluation. In addition, we may also examine how medically ordered treatments modify and normalize brain activity. Finally, we are also beginning to explore a range of alternative therapeutic strategies for helping a range of conditions, but most notably reading, speech, and language problems.
