Our Doctors

Dr. Jeffrey David Lewine, Ph.D., the Executive Director of our Functional Brain Mapping Program has previously directed three other Magnetoencephalography (MEG) programs. He is the co-author of more than 100 scientific publications including a textbook on functional brain imaging. He has supervised more than 750 clinical MEG examinations and his research activities have been supported by the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health.

Working in conjunction with the Executive Director are two Medical Directors, Dr. Michael C. Smith, M.D., a Board Certified Neurologist and Epileptologist who is also the Director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at Rush University Medical Center , and Dr. Glen Geremia, M.D., a Board Certified Neuro- and Interventional Radiologist, on staff at Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
