How to become a patient 

Pre-admission for Alexian Brothers Medical Center and St. Alexius Medical Center can be arranged in person at either hospital, or at 3040 Salt Creek Dr in Arlington Heights - Hours M-F 8am - 4:30pm.

Central Scheduling, located at 3040 Salt Creek Dr in Arlington Heights - Hours M-Th 8am - 7pm, F 8am - 6pm & Sat 8am - 2pm.
