Client Satisfaction Survey

In our most recent client survey of May, 2010, we received almost 650 survey responses back!  There were many clients who took the time to share their thoughts and to make sure that our work was appreciated.  We greatly appreciate so many taking time to provide us feedback, and for the many acknowledgements of appreciation!

Below are highlights of the survey results:

• "I am treated with respect and courtesy" received a 94% response
• "Global satisfaction with services I am receiving" received a 91%
• 92% of clients indicated they are active participants in their treatment planning
