2011 Employee of the Year 

Randy Markland      

Randy Markland, PSR Clinician, was voted Employee of the Year by his co-workers at Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health’s annual holiday party held on December 16, 2011. 

Here are some of the things Randy's colleagues had to say:

“Randy’s dedication and passion for his job is something he exhibits every day. Not only does Randy show true compassion for the clients, he is always willing to lend a helping hand to other staff. He is also a great source of information in providing information about referrals in the community, meetings, and is a great messenger between clients and community events.”

“I see Randy’s dedication, compassion, and hard work everytime I get a chance to interact with him. He shows genuineness in the way he works with clients and others. He goes above and beyond to communicate with other staff to find the best care for each individual. I believe he really grasps the idea of partnership and he constantly reaches out to all clients and staff. This helps us to feel more connected to the Center and provides better insight into the care we all give our clients. He embodies all of the Alexian values on a daily basis. He is very sincere and always supportive.”

“Randy takes his time to understand the clients and encourages them to do their best. He is a great communicator, whether it is about informing staff about certain clients, or informing staff about the most current news dealing with mental health and the issues going on in Illinois with mental health.”
