Dr. Wadhwa is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a certified alcohol and drug counselor. She has worked with adults and adolescents for over 10 years. She works with individuals who struggle with emotional distress (anxiety, depression, trauma), substance abuse, chronic pain, and chronic stress. Dr. Wadhwa also works with East Indian women who struggle to find a balance between Eastern and Western values, as well as other minorities struggling with cultural adjustments. Dr. Wadhwa works with the individual and utilizes an eclectic approach to help
re-align the mind, body and spirit (or heart).
