Orisha Kulick received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in 1973 and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Chicago in 1987. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Ms. Kulick provides psychotherapy to adults who suffer from worry (anxiety disorders), depression (mood disorders), grief and loss, geriatric issues, marital issues, addictions, codependency, parenting issues, and stress-related issues. Ms. Kulick uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), considered to be part of the "third wave" of cognitive and behavioral therapies, in her practice. The key goal of ACT is to support clients in feeling and thinking what they directly feel and think already, while also helping them move in a chosen, personally valued direction.
