Michelle Hazenfield is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her education and training at Loyola University in 1997. Ms. Hazenfield specializes in women’s issues with particular interest in perinatal mood disorders and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and self injury. She treats individuals from age 16 to 65 years old. Ms. Hazenfield has been working with Alexian Brothers since December of 2003, and she is currently part-time with most availability in the evenings and Saturdays.
