Where to Begin
If you think you might meet the criteria for an eating disorder, the first step is to get information about your options.
- Contact our Access Department at 1-800-432-5005 to schedule a FREE assessment. Our Access Department is always open and counselors are available to speak with you 24/7.
- Get a complete physical exam from your physician. The following labs may be required prior to admission:
- Complete Metabolic Profile
- Complete Blood Count, with differential
- Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
- Magnesium
- EKG*
- Phosphorus (if patient is less than 75% of IBW)*
- Pre-albumin (if patient is less than 75% of IBW)*
* Additional Labs requested as needed
