The daily programming of the Youth Inpatient Program offers children and adolescents the opportunity to participate in therapeutic groups created to promote self-awareness and recovery from an emotional illness. We offer the following groups:

Goal Setting Group helps develop personal goals for each day.

Relapse Prevention Group offers strategies to avoid returning to substance use.

Spiritual Care Group addresses spiritual questions or concerns. Patients can also attend an optional worship service during this time.

Art and Movement Therapy Group encourages creative expression of emotion.

Healthy Eating Habits Group helps develop lifestyle habits for making sound nutritional choices.

Medication Compliance Group teaches participants about the medications they are taking.

Therapeutic Assignments Group encourages the practice of new skills.

Grief & Loss Group supports patients grieving from significant losses.

Depression Group offers support and coping skills to patients with depression.

Psychoeducation Group discusses emotional responses to problems, relapse prevention, and coping skills.
