Drug and alcohol screenings
Certified collectors and technicians perform onsite or offsite testing. Our national consortium can help you manage your random drug screening programs, whether mandated by the Department of Transportation or not. We also offer consultations on policy development for a substance-free business environment.
Regulated screenings
We coordinate Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for health-related screenings (hearing, respiratory, lead, etc.). We keep you apprised of all policy changes instituted by the Department of Transportation and provide physicals for drivers in interstate commerce and for those who transport hazardous materials. We also provide bus driver examinations.
Post-offer physicals
With your company's goal of matching a worker's physical ability to his or her job specifications, we can identify current and potential health conditions, including those that may affect hearing or contribute to back problems. These and other potential work-related injuries may affect employee job performance and workers' compensation premiums.
Return-to-work management
Alexian Brothers physicians and specialists provide medical care designed to return your employees to the work force in a timely and cost effective manner. We assess and evaluate an injured employee's return-to-work date, based on his or her medical condition and history as well as an understanding of his or her job responsibilities. Comprehensive Physical Program
A comprehensive physical examination designed especially for corporate executives. Your examination will be conducted under the direction of a board certified occupational health physician as well as other Alexian Brothers Medical Group professionals.
