We want to make it easy for you to join and expand your practice by setting up an office in any one of our locations. We offer two options to fit your office needs:
- Full-time lease: With a full-time lease, Alexian Brothers Hospital Network Real Estate designs your space and oversees construction. You are responsible for janitorial service, utilities, and purchasing supplies. A three- to five-year lease is required.
- Time-share: Time-shares allow you to expand your practice without the expense of a stand-alone office. Choose from two (morning or afternoon), four-hour time slots per day, Monday-Saturday. Each time slot must be taken for the same four-hour period each week. You can choose as little as one four-hour slot each week. Additionally, either a two-hour or four-hour time slot may be available in the evenings. Rent includes all utilities, telephones and local phone usage, basic medical equipment, basic medical office supplies, and use of a computer, fax, and copier. You will need to provide your own personnel. A minimum of a one-year lease is required.
