Child Care – The Child Care Center, located on the Alexian Brothers Medical Center campus, provides high-quality child care and kindergarten services to all employees at costs competitive with area day care centers. Special programs exist to provide reduced costs in certain circumstances.
Direct Deposit – The Direct Deposit program allows employees to have their paycheck deposited electronically into any existing savings or checking account of their choice.
Employee Assistance – The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential, high-quality counseling services for employees and their family members.
Referral Bonus – Employees who refer an applicant who is hired for a full- or part-time position and stays on staff for at least six months are eligible to receive a referral bonus.
