Yoga enhances well-being and releases tension. These gentle exercises help to stimulate body metabolism and develop body awareness, flexibility, balance and strength. Focusing on breath awareness helps to promote deeper, fuller breathing and mental clarity. This therapeutic exercise is appropriate for participants at all levels. Those with limited flexibility and balance may practice from a seated position for safety. Each class concludes with a guided relaxation.
